Returns and Refunds .....

We will repair or replace your item within 15 days of delivery for a reason resulting of our error (i.e., size, color, text/icons).

However, since we make all our signs on a per-order basis and do not have 'stock' inventory, we do not offer refunds or returns for unwanted or incorrectly ordered signs.   In the event of damage during delivery (either USPS or UPS), the customer shall hold Radiant Metal Works harmless and contact the shipping carrier to file a damage claim. In addition, Radiant Metal Works will not be liable for missing signs due to shipping issues/mishandling.

If you need to return an item, simply please contact us via contact us form or phone call. We'll respond as soon as possible to correct any issues you have with our products. We want you to be 100% satified with our products.
